We are studying molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways involved in cancer cachexia and muscle wasting : in vivo using a model of cachectic mice and in vitro using a mouse colon cancer cell line and mouse myoblasts cells. Also we are aiming to understand how practicing regularly a physical activity prevents from colon cancer and/or attenuates the secondary effects of anti-cancer therapies.
